Hey, Carl,
First, I¡¯ll answer your questions. When you get to Limai on the 18, you¡¯ll probably be jet-lagged and tired. You¡¯ll probably want to sleep or read or rest. During the 9th period, you can go to the gym and play sports. That's about all.
You may not be very good at writing, but you¡¯ll have to improve when you get to Limai, because Bonnie is going to have a rule that our English grades are based on our journal entries. You get 10 points each week for a journal entry. If you don¡¯t write one, you have to write two for punishment.
I wasn't good at journal entries at first, either. I had so much¡.well¡..stuff that I wouldn¡¯t have mattered if I cut out. I could have used that time to enter useful stuff. Now, entering in the Yinghua online journal is something I do by myself. My mom and Bonnie don¡¯t have to push me or nag me because I like to do it, and I see hat entering is helping my communication and writing skills.
Well, see you at Limai!
I just thought of this from the top of my mind. I forgot to ask you today, but I think that I may be a good idea to ask Yinghua kids to post after they go home to the US too. They can tell about the differences, and like what Shannon said to you I'm bored here, we learned so much at Limai. These journal entries can be food for thought for you and the Yinghua kids who will be in China at that time. It just crossed my mind as an idea. What do you think?
