YingHua Language School Announcement (2017-06-06)

Dear Parents,


This Sunday, June 11, will be the last day of the 2016-2017 academic year.  Please dress up to attend our commencement ceremony at 4:00pm in Gill Chapel, and arrive 15 minutes early.


In this email:

1) June 11 – Last day of the School, 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

2) CHL Final Exams – 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

3) Commencement Ceremony – 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

4) Yearbook and YingHua T-Shirt Available at Commencement

5) Summer Homework

6) 2017-2018 Registration – Early Discount Ends after June 11, 2016

7) June 11 is the last day to get your volunteer Refund



1) The school will start on regular schedule at 2:30 p.m.  


2) CHL Final Exams – We need as many parents as possible to assist in oral testing, so that all exams could complete before 3:45 pm.


3) The 14th Commencement will start at 4 p.m. in the Gill Chapel. A campus map can be viewed at: http://www.rider.edu/about-rider/contact-us/lawrenceville-campus-map. 


Any parents wishing to assist with Commencement activities should report to the Gill Chapel at 3:00 pm.   


All family members and guests are invited to join us to recognize the 15th Commencement and watch our students showcasing their learning during the past year.  You are welcome to bring your neighbor to the Commencement!


Students will walk to the Gill Chapel after exams or before 4 p.m. Students and guests are encouraged to wear the YingHua t-shirts!


All students are required to stay from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on June 11 for the Commencement. Please kindly let your teacher know if your child would not be able to stay through 5 p.m. Early departure during the Commencement would require advanced special permission to ensure a positive experience for all.


4) Yearbook - Anyone wishing to buy a yearbook and/or YingHua T-Shirt can do so at Commencement.  PAC will have a limited amount available for sale. The price is $12/yearbook and $12 for a T-shirt.  Cash or check only.


5) PLEASE make sure that your child has summer homework. CSL teachers will make the assignment. All CHL students (A01 and above) should already have the summer homework.


6) Online registration is open for the 2017-2018 academic year with PayPal payment option. 


Please register at Admission - Online Registration (or use the link below) before June 12, 2016 to receive special early-bird discount. 



For ensuring payment credit, please enter your registration ID on your PayPal page or on your check.  If you have more than one child to register, please use the PayPal option separately for each student.


7) June 11, 2017 is the last day to get your volunteer refund. Please stop by at room 205 and talk to Jennifer, YingHua treasurer to get your refund check.
