Student Rules
YingHua provides unique Chinese language learning opportunity to anyone who voluntarily attends the school. In order to maintain high ethical standards and to create a productive, safe learning environment, the following student rules will be, upon agreed by students and parents/guardians, strictly enforced by teachers and school officials. All potential students and their parents/guardians will be required to understand and sign the following consent agreement at the beginning of a new school year.

Attend on time.

Bring all required books and stationery to class.

Pay attention during class discussion. Raise your hand to speak.

Wait for permission to leave classroom.

Clean up trash before leaving.

Study Chinese at home and finish homework on time.
DO NOT

Disrupt class.

Disobey teachers, school staff, and volunteers who are helping the school.

Intimidation, harassment, and physical/verbal abuse to others.

Cheat in homework, quizzes and examinations.

Move, modify, or damage school properties.

Wear inappropriate clothing and accessories including shoes.

Chew or bring any gums.

Possess/use articles or toys irrelevant to school programs including trading cards and electronic players.

Use other person¡¯s properties without asking.

Run, chase, climb, shout, push, and fight at school premises.

Consequences

Each violation to the DO NOT Behaviors may result in a formal warning from the school. After giving two warnings to an individual student, the school reserves the right to expel the student from the school without refunding the tuition.
