Admission
A students must be at least 5 years old or entering Kindergarten or above grade in the Fall semester of the school year.
New students will also be assessed in terms of their Chinese language levels, which might include a test using the end of school year examination of the immediate lower level. For example, students seeking admission to A10 could be tested using the A07 end of year examination.
When there is a limitation in class vacancy, a child's name can be put on a waiting list. Any vacancy available will be released to applicants on the waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis.
School calendar
School runs 31 weeks except for school holidays each year.
Tuition and fees
School tuition will be determined by the YingHua Language School Board on a yearly basis. The tuition and registration fee cover the compensation of teachers and the staff and school operating costs. The book fees are for textbooks. The tuition and fees should be paid at the time of registration.
YingHua charges tuition by school year. Book and material fees are $50 in addition to the tuition. A nonrefundable registration fee is $10.
